As a Knowledge Officer/Library administrator, you
- take care of subscriptions for all staff
- put new publications on the display shelves and file older publications and publications returning from loan
- register loans, check returns and control online access
- keep order on shelves and tables and check the good functioning of IT and security infrastructure
- process purchase requests
- feed the Library Catalogue and other knowledge databases with new content
- publish Knowledge Centre news on firm's Intranet
- help users explaining where to find information, delivering documents or performing basic research
Qualifications
You are:
- accurate and perseverant
- able to work autonomously
- a fast learner
- service-minded and open to new developments (e-sources)
You have:
- good administrative skills
- good communication skills in Dutch, French and English
- a bachelor degree
