Johannes Neuer has been working in the library industry since 2009 when he joined The New York Public Library where he subsequently held several leadership positions, including Director of Customer Experience. In 2019 he became Librarian Director of ekz Group, a German-based group of companies, including ekz.benelux (formerly known as Autocheck Systems and HSBIB / itrack), specializing in products and services for libraries. In both organizations, he has spearheaded efforts to increase the inclusiveness and accessibility of digital products and services.
